If you trail ride on your dirt bike then you know how exposed your hands canbe to getting pinched between a tree and your handle bars unless you are using a quality set of debris deflectors. If you are not currently running with a set of them, I would advise that you consider purchasing a set to save your fingers, and levers.
The set that I use is produced by Enduro Engineering, and they are powder coated black to match the bike. The nice thing about EE is they produce 25 different Debris Deflectors "bark busters" in black or silver. This means that finding a set for your bike that fits perfect is very easy, and their prices are the same if not lower than most competitors.
To most riders you don't have to explain the importance of using a set Debris Deflectors. Just remember levers are not cheap, and if you break off your clutch lever getting the bike out of the woods will not be an easy task. Also, a couple smashed fingers is a good way to suck the fun out of your day.
