Network earned the award. The more distinguished Platinum Circle of Excellence
is awarded to an even smaller group (2.1% of the network), representing the
most outstanding retailers. These retailers aren’t only above average but also
maintain average survey scores of at least 9.0 (out of 10.0) in all seven key
indicators.
