First look at the Falco boots is very impressive. The white boot with black trim is easy on the eyes, as is the lettering and logos on the boot. Looking at the construction of the boot, it is quite apparent that the boots are very well built.
Starting at the bottom, the rubber is very solid, with a semi-smooth pattern on the sole. Smooth enough to allow your foot to slide when cornering, but with enough tread to provide ample footing when walking around in the woods.
The foot and ankle areas are well protected both on the inside and outside. D3O inserts provide protection for your foot on the inside, while the all-around P.U. construction provides armor on the outside. The alu-buckles and the well-padded top area round out the boot construction, providing security and comfort.
I am looking forward to getting out on the trail and giving the Extreme Pro boots a test ride. If the fine fit, comfort, and top notch workmanship are any indication of the how the boots work on the trail, I expect the ride to be a good one.
Boots are available in both black and white colors, with sizes ranging from 6 – 14. (Europe 39-47)
